Does anyone else think the teacher shouldn’t have let a boy get away with this?

Today during science we played a review game in teams. A boy in my class who’s an absolute d0uche bag was explaining an answer for his team. Before he started, he had been picking on a girl on my team telling her she was stupid and such a blonde. Most of it looked like fairly light teasing, but sounded rather malicious; He didn’t say it like it was a joke but she took it as one. They dated for a week or so, like most couples, a year ago, and have no relationship now. She was still finishing her come back as he started to explain and when she talked over him he snapped “SHUT UP” loud and clear across the room. I thought it was a really jerky thing to do and a really rude way to say it, but the teacher simply said:
“All right, go ahead.”
I really think he should have come down on the kid a bit harder. Don’t you?

Not really I mean unless she’s upset with him then the teacher has no reason to be harsh to him. Now if the girl was being mean to him and he re-acted badly to her teasing, the teacher should entercept. What might be seen as harsh to you could be innocent to them. Don’t be quick to jump to conclusions and maybe simply ask them.
