How I can make plastic kit?

I am designing a science fiction racing board game and I have to do some parts way. They will be the futuristic hover car so I'll need a certain amount of detail. It will also be about 1.5 cm long. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

You can make it in clay, then make a mold of them in the silicone rubber RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) or some other rubber and then use polyester resin or other resin to make plastic figure.
