Science Games Kids

What are some good baby sitting games?
I have to baby sit these two kids.
One is a 5 year old girl.
And the other is a very mature (likes science and rocks and stuff) 8 year old boy.
What are some games I can play with them together? Or seperat?
pillow fight,karaoke ,treasure hunt(warning:do not hide things in a electronic places),coloring,uhh soap expermeting here are some soap experiments that i know
1.pink powder + cologne = pink powder that is a lotion(warning wash many times that happend to my sister)
2.handwash thats color green + powder mix it and green powder!
separate it so u have a time to take it on with it!and he boy wants rocks stuff ok!heres wat i know
1.get a badmenton then do it like a rockstar guitar!
2.get a milk drink and tell them to drink it after u can reclye needs:
cut the top of milk drink use rocks that are small or beads n bottons then get the top skatchtape it then a maraca!
