How do i find a game or software which includes a virtual human?

This question probably sounds really wierd but i was just wondering if anyone knows a site or game that has a virtual interactive human with movable joints like pivot but more realistic.
i have tried to search in google but all that comes up is science and sites for inside the body but i want the outside where i can move the joints to show different stretches and stuff. This is really annoying me and it would help a lot. Thanks
