Science Help-Newton’s 3 laws of motion-easy 10 points?

Help please! I don’t understand these questions. I put my guess answer, but I need to know if it is right. I know these things are probably SOOOO easy, but I think I’m making too big of a deal and thinking about it too much.

Calculate Net Force – A car has a mass of 1,500 kg. If the car has an acceleration of 2.0 m/s2, what is the net force acting on the car?

Just multiply them? So 1,500 x 2.0 = 3,000? What unit would I use?

Calculate Mass – During a softball game, a softball is struck by a bat and has an acceleration of 1,500 m/s2. If the net force exerted on the softball by the bat is 300 N, what is the softball’s mass?

Just multiply it and square it?? (because E=mc2) ?? 1,500 x 300 = 450,000 squared = 2.025 to the eleventh power? What unit do you use for mass?

PLEASEEEEEEE HELP! I don’t understand.

1. yes, just multiply – use N for Newtons.
2. Divide Force by acceleration to get mass 300N/1500m/s2
you use kg for mass.
